The Mercer County Law Journal is published weekly on Tuesday.

The deadline for receiving notices for publication and/or requests for withdrawal of any notice before publication is 10:00 AM on the PRECEDING WEDNESDAY.  Deadline may be adjusted without notice for all legal holidays if necessary.

Notices may be sent by email in MS Word or PDF format to mcbar@mcbar.net; or by regular mail to the Mercer County Law Journal, P.O. Box 1302, Hermitage, PA 16148.  We do not accept notices via fax.

Notices submitted for publication by non-MCBA members require pre-payment.  For information on pricing, notices or subscriptions, please call the business office at 724.342.3111.
